Following a shooting at busy bar in Kenosha County, Wisconsin, on Sunday, a man has been charged with killing 3 people. Rakayo Vinson, 24, is charged with three counts of first-degree intentional homicide and three counts of attempted first-degree intentional homicide. He is facing life in prison if he is convicted of any of the charges.

The permit that was blocked covered more than 900 races of Minnesota wetlands.  PolyMet has 5 major permits either under review or stayed. These permits are worth $1 billion.
