Karl-Anthony Towns’ Mother Dies Due to COVID-19

(UTVS) The mother of Timberwolves star Karl-Anthony Towns has died. Jacqueline Cruz-Towns passed away due to complications of COVID-19 earlier today on April 14th. Cruz-Towns went into a medically induced coma on March 25 due to the virus.   Towns’ father also tested positive for the COVID-19 back March and was hospitalized but is now recovering.   A spokesman for the family announced the news this afternoon stating, “The Towns […]
