Russian Investigators have identified the St. Petersburg subway bomber as a 22-year old Kyrgyz-born man. The suicide bomber, Akbardzhon Dzhalilov set off the bomb that killed 14 people and injured dozens. The investigators also noted that forensic experts had found Dzhalilov’s DNA on a bag containing a bomb that was deactivated at another subway station in St. Petersburg.
