Minnesota Teen Drives Under the Influence, Kills Pedestrian



On Tuesday, police in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Reported the 18-year old who struck and killed a pedestrian on Friday.

Authorities were able to confirm that he was under the influence of Marijuana.


The victim was taken to Regions Hospital Friday night, where she was later pronounced dead.

The victim is still not yet identified.

Police booked the 18-year old to the Ramsey County Jail, under suspicion of criminal vehicle operation.

He was then released on Sun

day, charges are still pending at this time.
