Joe Biden has publicly declared his run for presidency in the 2020 election, and he had his first public speech today. The former Vice President chose Pennsylvania as the location for his first campaign speech. His speech was in Pittsburgh for a group of organized labor crowd. Biden also attended a fundraiser in Philadelphia earlier last week. This first speech location might not surprise a lot of people as Biden himself is from Pennsylvania. The long-time Delaware Senator most likely plans to use his strong ties to his home state and its Democratic Party leaders to his advantage. President Trump’s campaign on the other hand is aware of Biden’s recent efforts and is formulating a plan to win Pennsylvania for a second-straight election. Pennsylvania will be an important state in the upcoming 2020 Presidential election.
