Minnesota flooding

JORDAN, Minn. (UTVS)- Crews in Southern Minnesota are still working to clear up large ice jams that have caused rivers and streams over their banks. The level on Sand Creek dropped nearly 3 feet but there were a lot of other problems across Minnesota. 300 households were evacuated at a mobile home park due to a dam. The Cottonwood River rose about five feet over the weekend. Some state highways remain closed due to high water. Heavy rainfall and snowmelt has also caused rivers across the Midwest to have dangerously high water.
