Mark Dayton Appoints Judge James B. Florey

Governor Mark Dayton announces Judge James B. Florey to be a representative on the Eighth Congressional District on the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Mark Dayton said, “Judge Florey will bring his extensive experience, from 18 years as a District Court Judge, to the Minnesota Court of Appeals.” Judge Florey will be replacing Lawrence B. Stauber who is retiring at the end of May, following the same issues that the Court of Appeals handles such as final decision from trial courts, state agencies, and local governments.
