Bus crash in Portugal kills 28

Portuguese officials say a four bus crash has killed 28 people, mostly German tourists.  Local mayor Filipe Sousa said the victims included 17 women and 11 men in a statement to cable news channel SIC.  Authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash.
