UTVS St. CLOUD- The St Cloud Community is Mourning the Death of 19-year-old Chase Fleischauer Saturday morning.  Officials responded to a call coming out of Richmond Township in Wisconsin. The caller said assistance was needed for a man with a gunshot wound, and witnesses performed life savings efforts before the arrival of paramedics.
