Sexually transmitted diseases are on the rise in Minnesota. This information comes after a new report from the Minnesota Department of Health released a report showing increases of STD’s such as Gonorrhea, Syphilis, and HIV. ST. PAUL, Minn. – According to the office of Governor Mark Dayton, the leader of Minnesota’s Bureau of Mediation Services passed away Tuesday following complications from a staph infection.
